Commerz Real has acquired two hotels in Mannheim for its hausInvest fond. The seller of the properties is GBI AG. The purchase price was not disclosed. NH Hotel and Novum Hotel are scheduled for completion at the end of 2018. The hotels are located on Seckenheimer Strasse and together offer 393 rooms. The hotels will offer a new food and beverage concept. The Prasch Buken Partner (pbp) Architekten studio will be in charge of the design.
