Commerz Real has sold its Machtlfinger Höfe office complex in Munich-Obersendling. The buyer is Conren Land. The purchase price was not disclosed. The office complex offers 21,500 sqm of leasable space spread over three five-story building, which are connected via two five-story buildings. Creditreform is the main tenant. Commerz Real was advised by Collier International and Immobilien im Fokus. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised Conren Land.
