Commerzbank is expanding its space at the Saale Karree office building in Halle where it now leases 5,230 sqm. Strabag Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) brokered the lease agreement. The five-story building on Kaiserslauterer was completed in 1997 and offers 20,000 sqm of space. Other tenants in the building include Deutsche Telekom and Arvato Bertelsmann. Corpus Sireo is the project’s asset manager. No further details about the deal were revealed, including the size of the expansion.
