The investment company Commodus has completed the letting of its office property at Sonneninsel in Berlin through a 700 sqm extension deal with the software company Blinkist. The office loft property is located directly on the bank of the Neukölln Shipping Canal. Commodus has refurbished the former canteen space in the listed building and converted it into a modern office and event location, after buying it nine months ago. The property established established itself as a hub for young and established companies from the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
