Compa Sibiu shareholders receive EUR 3 million in state aid for the newly created company Arini Hospitality, a company that develops two hotels in Sibiu under the Mercure and Ibis brands. The value of the project amounts to EUR 6 million and involves the development of 193 rooms under international brands.
The Mercure Sibiu Sub Arini Park Hotel is expected to open in 2022 and will have an accommodation capacity of 121 rooms, while the ibis Sibiu Sub Arini Park will open its doors to tourists in 2023 and will have 72 rooms.
