The Competition Council authorized the transaction by which Unilink becomes the majority shareholder in Safety Broker, the largest insurance brokerage company in the market, according to information provided by the Competition Council.
Safety Broker will be jointly controlled by Unilink, Safety Credit and Robert Niţă. Thus, after the completion of the transaction, Safety Broker will be 80 percent owned by Unilink, 15percent by Safety Credit and 5 percent by Robert Niţă.
