Wilson & Partners has undertaken some leasing of the building, and also acted on behalf of Skanska on the sale.
This latest transaction follows on from a series of other high-profile deals carried out by the Wilson & Partners real estate team, including the acquisition and subsequent lease-back of the Bang & Olufsen factory in Koprivnice, and the sale of Prague City Centre on behalf of GLL.
