Completions put Prokapital back in profits for H1 2018

Prokapital have seen a 150 percent rise in sales in the first six months of 2018 compared to the same period last year, up from €6 million to €15 million. The same period has also seen a turnaround for the same period from a -€2.6m loss to €2.8m in profits. Revenues for the company rose thanks to the completion of three apartment buildings in Tallinn and one in Riga. And with work nearing completion at a number of large sites such as the T1 Mall in Tallinn and Kliversala in Riga, the company also expects to post positive end of year results for 2018. Prokapital has several projects set for completion in 2019, including the second phase of Šaltinių Namai in Vilnius and it’s signed preliminary agreements on an additional 74 projects.
