Having worked on the buyer’s side for the past two years, the real estate brokerage ComplexRE has successfully completed negotiations on one of the largest industrial deals on Czech market in 2017 – Conta Podbořany 47,000 sqm. Conta, a refrigeration equipment producer, built the first phase of the warehouse space in 2000 and added to it in 2005.
“The advantage of having spent such a long time on the negotiations is that we perfectly understand that Podbořany warehouse scheme and can offer our clients space which is immediately available in a city that still has untapped labor resources,” says Jiří Suremka, a partner at ComplexRE, adding that he’s perfectly placed to lease the space to new clients. Suremka claims that ongoing deals his company is working on elsewhere are soon to be announced. ComplexRE also covers the markets in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, newly Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Ukraine.
