Compson Associates has announced plans to start its next apartment project, Santorini at Renaissance Commons, in Boynton Beach. The plans call for a 226-unit complex at 1645 Renaissance Commons Blvd. Built on a 3.35 acre site, the property will have two six-story buildings for a combined 215,000 square feet plus a 325-space parking garage. West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction has been selected as the general contractor with a completion date set for June 2017.
