The contractor CON-A has been appointed as general contractor for the second phase of the project Liberty Technology Park in Cluj-Napoca, according to the CEO of the investor, Fribourg Capital. Nina Moldovan said construction of the second phase began in June and that delivery was scheduled for the end of 2014. The second phase of the project, which is already 30 percent leased, will be composed of two buildings that will provide 13,412 sqm of rentable spaces. The project includes the construction of 20,000 square meters of new sports facilities. The first phase of the project is 100 percent occupied with tenants that include Siemens, La Casa and Halcyon Mobile.
