Conadi started work on the second phase of Arcadia Apartments in Bucharest, which will add 225 apartments and 300 parking spots to the project. The general contractor is Conarg. Conadi will oversee sales. The complex’s two new buildings will feature studios duplexes and penthouses as well as two-, three- and four-room apartments. Apartment prices will range between €72,000 for a studio and €402,000 for a penthouse.
