The Concourse Group has been selected by The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County, MD to act as its development advisor on a mixed-income housing development in downtown Silver Spring. Consisting of 124 units, the project will rest on a one acre site. The project was made possible through HUD’s RAD conversion program and a combination of funding sources. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, Concourse represents multiple Housing Authorities in the DC area, and across the country. Tom Shea, a senior Concourse official, stated, “Concourse is pleased to work on this important urban in-fill project that will add quality housing to the market at affordable prices.”
