Slovak investors can now use crowdfunding to invest in real estate projects. A new platform called Conda launched a campaign to invest in The Son, a residential project in Vienna. Investments start at €100, according to the regional manager of Condo Crowdinvesting in Slovakia. The company offers a 6-percent yield. So far, 113 have invested in The Son, with the investment volume reaching €150,000. The target is €1m.
