Connect Lunch Bar has signed a lease to open a canteen at City Forum on Wróblewskiego Square, close to the Wrocław city center. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Cresa, which is supporting Connect Lunch Bar in its expansion in Warsaw and regional cities. The new canteen will occupy 350 sqm at City Forum. It will open in the City One building when the first tenants start moving in. City Forum, owned by Archicom, include two class A office buildings providing a total of 24,400 sqm of leasable space. City One is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.
