Connect Lunch Bar signed on at Skanska’s Spark office building, currently under construction in Warsaw. This will be the canteen operator’s 11th location in the capital. Cresa represented the tenant during the lease process. “Connect Lunch Bar cares about meal quality and consumer health. Thanks to close cooperation with landlords, tenants are provided with a place where they can relax over a good meal. Skanska Group will be one of Spark’s anchor tenants. The canteen will also be open to tenants of buildings two and three, and local residents,” said Kamil Komoński, advisor at Cresa Poland. Located on Wolska street, Spark will offer 70,000 sqm of leasable space in three office buildings.
