Connectmedica has extended its lease at the Mokotów Nova office building in Warsaw for another six years. The advertising agency provides services to the health and pharmaceutical sectors. Connectmedica has its offices and television studio on the top floor of the building. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
Located on Wołoska street, the BREEAM-certified Mokotów Nova office complex consists of three buildings, totaling 43,000 sqm of space. The project was acquired by Tristan Capital Partners a year ago.
