Conor Gray has joined the Cresa Washington DC Lease Forensics & Enforcement division as a Senior Advisor. Gray will specialize in performing lease compliance reviews, financial analyses of operating expenses, and real estate tax pass-throughs throughout the DC metropolitan area. Prior joining Cresa, Gray served as a Property Manager for local firms Hines Interest, Cassidy Turley, and Carr Properties and most recently worked in portfolio management services for Advance Realty in Washington, D.C. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Radford University.
