Conseq launched sales of Accolade Industrial Fund. The property investment fund targets industrial and logistics assets, offering a yield of around 7 percent. The Accolade Industrial Fund is the first on the Czech market to opportunity to invest in these types of assets. The majority of funds focus on the office sector. Conseq started offering the fund a month ago, and Lukáš Vácha, member of the Conseq Investment Management board, says orders have already reached tens of millions of crowns. Accolade is an investor with warehouses in Stříbro near Pilsen, as well as Cheb and Týniště nad Orlicí with long-term lease contracts with companies like DHL, Kion and Saint-Gobain. The portfolio is valued at €73m. The fund was launched two years ago for qualified investors. Minimum investment is €75,000.
