Construct Aprodex will invest about €10m into the residential scheme MetroCity Academiei that will go up on a 7,000 sqm plot near the Military Academy in Bucharest. The project will also be financed through a loan from Garanti Bank. The residential complex will offer 230 apartments. The first 12-story housing block will include 110 units and it set for completion this year. The second phase of the project is set for delivery next year.
Apartment prices range from €56,700 for a 66 sqm studio to €87,000 for a three-room, 97 sqm unit. Two-bedroom units with 67 sqm of living space are on offer for €62,000.
