Erbasu Construction Company, owned by the entrepreneur Cristian Erbasu, won the tender launched by the Bihor County Council for the construction of a EUR 10 million hotel on a plot of land in the municipality of Oradea, which is owned by the Bihor County Council and has an area of 3,981 sqm.
“The hotel is a private investment. The building would have a height regime of seven floors, with a constructed area on the ground of 1,280 sqm. The hotel will have an accommodation capacity for a maximum of 280 people. The exterior arrangements will include a car and pedestrian access road, a car park with 18 spaces and green spaces,” says the press release sent by CJ Bihor.
Erbasu currently owns a hotel in Bucharest under the ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas brand.
