Construction activity grows 6.9% in Spain

Construction activity in Spain grew by 6.9 percent y-o-y in June, according to Eurostat. This was the most significant increase in the eurozone for the month. Construction activity on the Spanish market was up 1.2 percent m-o-m in June, coming in behind only Slovenia and Slovakia in the eurozone. On an EU level, Spain ranked fourth, behind Hungary, which reported a 7.6 percent m-o-m increase in construction activity in June.
