AS Merko Ehitus Group has begun construction on the 2nd stage of the Rinktines Urban residential project in the heart of Vilnius, located on the corner of Rinktinės and Ceikiniu streets.This stage of development will see three 6-9 storey apartment buildings built, along with underground parking for 201 cars. In total 187 apartments will be built during this phase of construction varying in size from 30 to 120 sqm along with balconies. The A class energy building will also contain an air recuperation system that provides fresh air to all apartments. The starting price for apartments in the building is €2000 per sqm. The project is set for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2020.
