All Aboard Florida has began construction on its 12-story, 3 MiamiCentral office and parking complex in Overtown. The new center will feature 130,157 square feet of retail, office and commercial space on a 1.89-acre lot located at 160 NW 7th Street. Also included in the project are 1,114 parking spaces that will serve the MiamiCentral mixed-use project and the Lyric Theater. The company acquired the land for the scheme from the Southeast Overtown/Park West Overtown Community Redevelopment Agency last month for $5.4 million. Facchina Construction is the general contractor for 3 MiamiCentral.
