Crestyl has begun construction on its new office building Dock in Four, part of the developer’s Dock project in Prague’s Libeň area. The building will have a wavey façade and a larger number balconies and terraces. The building will offer a total of 20,000 sqm of rentable office space and another 3,000 sqm of space for retail, restaurants and services. Crestyl director Omar Koleilat says the neighborhood is always active because of the mix of office and residential space the company is building there. “The unique atmosphere that’s created by the adjacent green and the Vltava river makes Dock In different than other office complexes,” said Koleilat.
