Work on the first section of the new 5C motorway in Bosnia is underway. The first phase of the project will stretch 5.65 km from Johovac-Tovira to Rudanka-Kostajnica. Three other phases are scheduled to follow. Corridor 5C will cover 46.6 km from Doboj to Vukosavlje. The Republic of Srpska Motorways is overseeing construction of Corridor 5C. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is financing the development through a loan. Total costs are estimated at €500m.
