Pareto GmbH and Strabag have started construction on the Haus der Höfe office building in Bonn. The project, located at Joseph-Beuys-Allee at the corner of Genscherallee, will offer approximately 11,500 sqm of space. Completion is set for mid-2019. The project was designed by Oezen-Reimer+Partner. The modern four-story property will feature 90 rooftop parking spaces. The project’s construction phase has received Gold precertification by the German Sustainable Building Council.
