The real estate developer Domuss LLC has announced the beginning of construction at the Mežaparks residences in Riga. This €11 million phase in construction will see 11 low-rise apartment buildings and two twin houses built. The 2-3 storey apartment buildings will contain 22 apartments. Construction is set to be completed by the spring of 2019, work that’s to be completed by the construction firm Plastik. In total, €25m has been invested into the projects, which will see the construction of further apartment buildings, row houses, and commercial space this summer. This phase of construction on the 31 ha site comes after the completion of the first phase of development, which included roads, walkways, lighting, landscaping and the building of the first detached house. Work on the site began in 2015.
