Panattoni Park Zabrze is underway in Upper Silesia. The investment will offer 64,200 sqm. A beer producer is set to take 5,400 sqm, while logistics operator Ban-Food leased 2,200 sqm. The park will feature many energy-saving and environment-friendly solutions, required to obtain BREEAM certification. “Zabrze, with the other cities of the Upper Silesian Metropolitan Area, is one of the largest industrial centers of the country, home to businesses from the automotive, energy, food and technology sectors. Its industrial character is changing in keeping with the development of modern technologies. Enterprise is on the rise, finding the right conditions to thrive in Zabrze with its highly qualified technical staff, competitive workforce, appropriate road, and now also technical infrastructure,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe. “Panattoni Park Zabrze is our first investment in this location and a natural addition to the Panattoni portfolio in Upper Silesia.”
