Tampa-based HG Management and FM Contract Services has broken ground on the $75 million Quaye at Wellington rental community. The 350-unit project, located in Wellington, will feature a range of flats with one to three bedrooms, plus 18 four-bedroom town homes. The property will include four lakes, a nature preserve, a dog park, heated pools, a club house and a fitness center. Completion for the project is slated for summer of 2016.
