The Uus-Veerenni residential project near Tallinn’s Baltika quarter is underway. The first phase will include 137 apartment in six three-story, two four-story and six six-story residential buildings with eight commercial units. The apartments in the energy B class buildings will vary in size between 34 sqm and 115 sqm and cost between €2,142 and €3,321 per sqm. The apartment buildings will also include landscaped courtyards, play areas and underground parking. Over the course of the next 10 years, 50 new residential buildings offering more than 1,000 apartments will be built. The first phase of construction along Veerenni street should be completed by the end of 2019.
