Jacksonville based LandSouth Construction has begun work on The Lorre apartments, a $28 million luxury apartment complex. Located at in the southwest quadrant of J. Turner Butler and Southside boulevards, the asset will consist of 300 one to three bedroom apartments ranging in size from 813 to 1307 square feet over 15 buildings. The developer is AC Packer LLC of Jacksonville beach with architecture services being provided by Charlan Brock & Associates of Maitland. The development is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2015. “Loree reinforces the trends that we are seeing with ultra-luxe amenities, expansive exterior entertainment areas and over-sized units with open floor plans,” says LandSouth Construction’s Vice President of Operations Joe Passkiewicz.
