Construction of Raiffeisen Property International’s €100m SkyTower in Bucharest is scheduled to finish by the end of the year.
At 137 m tall, covering 37 floors, SkyTower will be the tallest building in Romania – twice as high as the capital’s Intercontinental, which had held the tallest building title for a long time. SkyTower has a total leasable area of 41,200 sqm. Raiffeisen Bank was the first to sign a lease at SkyTower, taking 23,000 sqm.
The building will also have 1,060 sqm of conference space and a 1,200 sqm sky bar.
