Construction is underway on Lindbergh Parkside Office. The scheme, located within the new Gateway Gardens district at Frankfurt airport, will serve as the new headquarters of the tax consulting firm Schiff-Martini & Cie. A joint project of OFB Projektentwicklung and Groß & Partner Grundstücksgesellschaft, Lindbergh Parkside Office is going up at Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Strasse 8. The property will offer 5,200 sqm of space, with Schiff-Martini & Cie occupying 2,900 sqm.
