Construction has started in the tourist village Portonovi in Kumbor of a one One&Only hotel complex. It’s being built on a 54,530sqm plot, including a few facilities such as a Chenot spa. The hotel belongs to One&Only chain and will offer a Chenot Spa, a restaurant from the Locatelli chain and a villa complex. This 5-star hotel complex will offer 113 apartments, units and several villas. The complex will also offer a modern marina to accommodate mega yachts. The estimated value of the investment is €650m.
