Construction is progressing swiftly on Piotrkowska 155, a mixed-use complex which will include a Hampton by Hilton hotel in Łódź. The scheme will offer 25,000 sqm of office and commercial space in three buildings: a 19-story office building integrated with a seven-story hotel and another five-story office building. There will also be underground parking with more than 130 spaces. Piotrkowska 155 will be the tallest building in the Łódź city center. It was designed to meet BREEAM certification requirements. The completion date has not been disclosed.
