A tender for the design and construction of the Slaveykov sports complex in Burgas has been launched, with work set to begin in the coming months.
Slaveykov will include an indoor Olympic size pool, locker rooms and backroom facilities for athletes and for coaches, referees and journalists. An outdoor tennis court will be built so that it can be transformed into an ice rink in the winter months, along with a UEFA-consistent football field.
The total area of the main building is about 4,800 sqm, while other facilities for the €10.8m project will cover an additional 5,650 sqm.
