Urbanity Real Estate Group has just started construction of two more production buildings at its industrial campus in Tachov. The offered units ranging from 5,000 sqm to 18,200 sqm will be available for clients to tailor to their needs. They will meet the most demanding requirements for interior layout and quality of the working environment. Urbanity Campus Tachov has become the first industrial complex in the Czech Republic to receive the prestigious international BREEAM Communities award. The roofs of both halls will be planted with photovoltaic panels with a connection to battery storage and, of course, electric charging stations for cars.
Urbanity Campus Tachov represents a new generation of industrial campuses that are an integral part of the city and provide services not only to employees but also to local communities. There is a plant doctor, relaxation zones, as well as a children’s group, the establishment of which has significantly boosted pre-school education in the local region. Urbanity has currently started the construction of two industrial buildings as part of Phase 2, which clients will be able to move into in H2 2024. The units offer areas from as little as 5,000 sqm with individual customisation, bringing Urbanity’s total industrial space supply to over 31,000 sqm.
“We are building industrial buildings tailored to specific clients, who we want to provide bespoke space to the highest standards. People spend most of their day at work, so it is important to prepare an environment where they feel comfortable. We also have pre-selected architectural solutions for our clients for the interiors in the built-ins, which nicely match the colour scheme with the materials used. They can thus choose the design according to their own preferences. Our individual approach ensures the client’s long-term satisfaction and there is no reason to look for other spaces, which we perceive as the best form of feedback,” said Markéta Šimáčková, COO of Urbanity Group.
The complete completion of the complex also includes the construction of a multifunctional building that will offer hotel-type accommodation or a public forest park and kindergarten project. Already last year, the campus has undergone extensive infrastructure reconstruction and green space cultivation, along with the implementation and use of renewable energy sources.
