Allen Morris Co. will break ground Thursday on its latest project, The Hermitage. Named after the renowned art museum in St. Petersburg, Russia the apartment complex will be an 8-story building with 348 units configured as studio, one and two bedroom units. Allen Morris bought the 2 acre site for 5.25 million in 2014. Backing for the $70 million project is being provided by AIG Global Real Estate.
