Construction is poised to start on the Ivan tunnel along the M-17 motorway, which stretches from Tarcin to Konjica in central Bosnia. The project is valued at €57.6m. The contract was signed between the FBiH Motorway Company and Euro-Asphalt, which will oversee construction of the 1.7 km tunnel. Completion is planned for 2022. Funding was secured from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and WBIF.
