13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding arm of 13th Floor Investments, has begun construction at Manor Parc, a single-family home community in Tamarac. Located at 4840 NW 56h Court, neat the Florida Turnpike and Commercial Boulevard, the new community will feature 239 homes starting in the upper $200,000’s. Amenities will including a pool and cabana, walking/jogging trails, parcourses, barbeque areas, and children’s playgrounds. The first phase of Manor Parc will offer six models with 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. “13th Floor Homes has become synonymous with providing high-end amenities at a price point that is accessible to the middle-market buyer,” said 13th Floor Marketing Coordinator Stefanie Mogull. He added that Manor Parc has secured 30 reservations before moving ahead with construction on the project.
