The construction volume on the Romanian market decreased by 3.5 percent m-o-m in July, according to the National Statistics Institute. Non-residential buildings increased by 10.2 percent and residential construction increased by 1.3 percent, while engineering construction decreased by 10.6 percent. On a y-o-y basis, construction output increased by 1 percent.
In the first seven months of the year, the construction volume increased by 3.9 percent y-o-y.
