The number of construction permits issued on the Croatian market was up 22 percent m-o-m and 26.2 percent y-o-y in April, according to data released by the national statistical office. A total of 698 construction permits were issued for the month.
The number issued for buildings rose 21.9 percent on the month and 24.4 percent on the year. The number of permits issued for other structures rose 22.4 percent on the month and 34 percent on the year. In the first four months of 2016, 2,291 construction permits were issued, up 17.1 percent y-o-y.
