Construction resumes on Warsaw HUB following fire

11 June 2019

Construction on the Warsaw HUB complex was temporarily suspended when a fire broke out at the site over the weekend. The fire started at the top of the project’s Building C. An inspection carried out by the Powiatowy Inspektorat Nadzoru Budowlanego confirmed that no damage was done to the building, and construction resumed on Monday. The scheme is being developed by Ghelamco on Rondo Daszyńskiego in the city’s Wola district. The complex will feature three skyscrapers: a 86-meter hotel and two 130-meter office towers, which will be joined by a five-story foundation. There will also be underground parking. The project will include a car recognition system and a charging station for electric vehicles.
