Mill-Yon, part of the international holding company ILDC, has started construction on Aura Sky, an 85 meter residential tower. The project is located at the junction of ul. Ostrobramska and ul. Rodziewiczówny and will consist of 25-storey tower block and a lower section. The scheme, which will be built in two phase, was designed by Kipp Projekt and its general contractor is Unibep. The construction of the first phase started in November and completion is set for 2017. Mill-Yon is developing other projects as well such as Aura Park, Aura Garden (both in Warsaw) along with Aura Gdańsk at Wyspa Spichrzów in Gdańsk.
