Construction of a research and development center with an aerodynamic tunnel worth CZK 400m started in the town of Milovice, about 40 km north of Prague. The complex, which will be operated by VTP AT, will offer 8,000 sqm of office and labs that will be used for commercial research activities by scientists and businessmen in the automotive and sustainable energy fields. “The plot was taken over by general contractor on Friday. The complex will be used for a variety of activities from consultancy and leasing technologies to leasing office space and commercial research,” Ondřej Štefan, director of VTP AT, told ČTK.
The Milovice complex is scheduled for completion in May 2015. VTP Milovice Prominecon CZ and Korex Networks will oversee completion of the park.
