Globalworth broke ground on a new office project in Bucharest’s Barbu Vacarescu area. The project, Globalworth Square, will feature approximately 28,000 sqm of leasable office space on 14 floors. The ground floor will offer space for various retail options as well as a restaurant. The scheme will also include underground parking on three levels. Completion is scheduled for next year.
