Mind Real Estate, a part of Milanovic Industries Group, broke ground on the Mind Park industrial complex. The project is going up in the Sobovica-Luznice industry zone in Kragujevac, central Serbia. The complex will cover 120 ha. The first building is scheduled for completion in November. In June, construction is set to start on the main offices of Mind Park, with work on a polyclinic-diagnostic center and kindergarten to follow. The project will also feature laboratories, a center for research, development and education, an engineering building, sports center and an air runway.
