Panattoni Europe is planning to start development of Panattoni Park Opole in the Silesian region. The 48,6000 sqm project will target multiple tenants, rather than a single, large user. Work is expected to get underway by the second quarter of 2019. Panattoni Park Opole is not the company’s first project in Silesia, as it was also involved in Polaris Industries factory in Opole, operated by a U.S.-based manufacturer of all-terrain vehicles, as well as a facility in Opole for the Danish construction materials manufacturer Skamol.
