MMI Razvoj projekata has signed a franchise contract with Marriott International for a project in Banja Luka. The company has committed to building the city’s first Courtyard by Marriott, putting the city on the hotel operator’s global network. The four-star hotel will be built in Prvog krajiskog korpusa street and will provide 118 rooms, a conference hall for arout 200 people, a restaurant, fitness center and underground parking. The opening is planned for May 2019. Marriott International operates more than 6,000 hotels trading under 30 hotel brands. The company also has hotels in Belgrade, Zagreb, Sarajevo and Skopje.
